6. Incentives to invest in Internet projects, technological innovation
7. Simplifying and no tax for startup industry (3 years)
8. All services of Public Administration must be on the Internet
9. Economic Contribution to purchase PC / Mac laptop with wifi for everibody
10. Courses about the Internet and new media for all elected offices policies all levels
