10 points for the Web
It's an old post!
My friend Roberto Chibbaro, the editor of Unimagazine.it talked to me about this project by many weeks and I never found a minute to write about 
Now he opened a blog to talk about-
Here are the 10 points of Roberto:
- Net Neutrality: Web should be free and accessible to all under the same conditions
- Reduction of physical digital divide (broadband) with incentives, support wimax, ADSL and some price prices for everibody.
- Reduction of digital cultural divides (courses in all schools to teach internet programs)
- Freedom of expression in the Web
- Wi Fi Coverage in the Cities
- Incentives to invest in Internet projects, technological innovation
- Simplifying and no tax for startup industry (3 years)
- All services of Public Administration must be on the Internet
- Economic Contribution to purchase PC / Mac laptop with wifi for everibody
- Courses about the Internet and new media for all elected offices policies all levels
